It took several weeks for me to receive it, but the website does advise you that it’s coming from China. It was well worth the wait. I love this keyboard. The keyboard is comfortable and the feel of the keys when pressed are perfect. The lighting is real cool too. What I love most about the keyboard is the battery life of the charged battery. I decided to keep count of the number of days before I need to charge the battery. So far, it’s been 22 days – over 3 weeks and it’s still going strong. This has definitely exceeded my expectations.

LOVE the keyboard! Love the sound of the keys, the feel, and of course the illuminations and the ability to change settings. I looked at a lot of keyboards and have owned many wireless over the years, but this one is just really fun to work on. Definitely something for the home office and not a business office, as the clicks would probably irk some people, but I love the sound.
The only reason I did not give this set 5 starts is
1.) The shipping time is painful in the days of prime shipping, but of course, I realized this when I ordered it. From order date until it arrived took 3 weeks.
2.) Although I like the feel and soft click of the mouse, it really does not go with the keyboard outside of color. The keyboard is a RETRO typewriter and the mouse looks like something from a Transformers gamers set or something. I would have preferred something a bit more simple like some of the other mouses shown on the site. I am using it for now, but know I will eventually order something else.
Other than that, the keyboard is definitely a good buy and I think worth the wait in shipping time.

It is clumsy to use and quite often you will be typing away and look up and letters and numbers are missing. I would really think twice before getting this. I’ve had this keyboard for months now, wanted to wait to post a review about it incase something happened to it, but nothing bad ever did!!! The wireless connection is flawless, the keys have the perfect clicking noise, the keyboard has that weight where you know you have a quality keyboard (not cheap light plastic), the lights are beautiful, and it’s VERY easy to clean and change keycaps. Usually when I use keyboard, my long nails scratch off the letters, but that has yet to happen with this keyboard and I don’t think it will; it still looks brand new and I’m on the PC for 8+ hours everyday. If I could afford this keyboard in every color I would get them just to have them. I love this keyboard, definitely one of my favorites; worth it.

This keyboard and mouse set were exactly what i wanted! Its beautiful, the clicks sound exactly how you would imagine they would – but my keyboard can not be used wirelessly. It will not hold a charge for even a moment over 36 minutes. I charged it exactly as tech support said i should and it still will not last longer than 30 minutes usually only 2-15 minutes of use wirelessly. The mouse however works wonderfully without any issue. I would love to be able to use my wireless set as exactly that wirelessly not tethered to my pc tower for constant use.

As soon as I figured out this is not compatible with my computer, I inquired about a return and refund. Was informed I needed to ship to Canada, at my expense, and there is a restocking fee. I took to UPS and paid $50 to return to address to Canada which was given to me in an email (no phone number to call) UPS called me to say PNK would not pay the taxes for delivery and if I didn’t pay for it to be returned, it would be abandoned. I paid another $50 for it to be returned. I emailed PNK again asking them for a return label and was told I would be charged for this as well. Now I own a keyboard and mouse I cannot use. This has been a nightmare.

It’s a shiny plastic from China so the instructions are in Chinese. Isn’t really Bluetooth, it has to be connected to work on a Mac. The customer service was horrible and they charge a fee for returns. They ask you to ship with the value of $50 when returning but only have the value as $25 when they send it out. Not a fan!!!

Yes, The keyboard is absolutely fabulous! Would have liked a printed instruction card inside the box (in English) for ancient moms like me. Box had Chinese instruction card, which to me was useless. Since I was a kid I had a typer and I missed typing sound and feel of the keys, I am sure that now new technologies are cutting down the weight and optimizes the functionality of devices, but sometimes there is a strong technological bond for something old, something that gives stronger feelings, this keyboard, it’s something from the past which is combined with future, I really like the typing sound it makes, and the keys are designed that way it helps you to reduce the tension, and it gives that flow which you need to finish your writing project, the mouse itself it’s a bit old fashioned but it meats my needs.

Amazing set, the keyboard buttons have a nice feel and have a great responsive button press when in use. The mouse acts as it should, it works nicely and i dont have issues with it, just be sure to avoid mouse use on glass.It is wireless so you can sit back from your screen and lean in to your chair to relax whilst you work or surf. I have had no problem with range and have sat 3 metre away from my computer to test this.

I am so happy to have found such an amazing product in this cheap price!!It has a great design and its size is like a full size keyboard, so you don’t need to worry as it doesn’t come small as other products.Also, the actual round keyboards are really soft and easy to use, I would say that I find it quite ergonomic.The mouse recognizes movement easily which shows that it is of a good quality. It has all three keys which also respond well.The whole set is connected with your screen via a mini USB, and is very easy to get it on and working!

Update: 01/12/19 minor issue with connectivity but seller was very professional and resolved this immediately. Works like a charm now.The joys of typing again, feels like typing on one of those old typewriter pads… It detects immediately and you’re ready to go. I’d reckon the batts will last a while.No need to install any drivers and it comes with just 1 USB connector and not 2. I’m loving the color. Types easily the keys go all the way down and the mouse detects (very sensitive – you can adjust settings easily on your pc)Nice and portable to put in my backpack for work use as it’s so much better than the keyboard on the laptop (i can type so much faster)Great buy.

Really like this keyboard. I’m using both now and the mouse is really nice . It fits nicely in my hand and the buttons work well. There are loads of useful shortcuts on the function keys . It’s too easy to set them up – just insert the plug in the sub stick and they both work immediately, no effort at all .
