Shipping
The PNK Stuff offers Flat-Rate Standard, Priority, and Express Shipping for selected countries and regions. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Our products are shipped from our China and Hong Kong warehouses, with shipping times ranging from 5 to 21 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Every order comes with a tracking number. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to weather and carrier volume. Some states, such as Hawaii and Alaska, may not qualify for free shipping.
All prices do not include import taxes, duties, customs, and brokerage charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless otherwise stated. Refusal of package delivery due to failure to pay duty and customs may result in additional charges for the customer.
All parcels are securely packed and sent. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file claims directly with the shipping carriers.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any fees incurred. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, or non-delivery due to customs clearances. Please ensure all return packages are approved and include an RMA number.
To arrange a return, please submit a request to rma@thepnkstuff.com with your original order number and reason for return. After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation, however, we will do our best to do it asap. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
