Every keyboard comes with a one-year limited warranty and 30 days of a money-back guarantee. The Keyboard Protection Plan extends your coverage to three years from the original purchase date of your keyboard. With the Keyboard Protection Plan, you get global repair coverage — including both parts and labor — for your peripherals.

The Keyboard Protection Plan is eligible for purchase 30 Days from the date of delivery. If you purchase more than 2 keyboards and only 1 protection plan, the protection plan automatically goes to the lowest value keyboard unless notifying us in advance.

The PNK Stuff offers Flat-Rate Standard, Priority, and Express Shipping for selected countries and regions. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Our products are shipped from our China and Hong Kong warehouses, with shipping times ranging from 5 to 21 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Every order comes with a tracking number. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to weather and carrier volume. Some states, such as Hawaii and Alaska, may not qualify for free shipping.

All prices do not include import taxes, duties, customs, and brokerage charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless otherwise stated. Refusal of package delivery due to failure to pay duty and customs may result in additional charges for the customer.

All parcels are securely packed and sent. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file claims directly with the shipping carriers.
