We do not ship to any P.O. boxes. The PNK Stuff is not liable for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, or non-delivery due to customs clearance.
We at The PNK Stuff work directly with trusted manufacturers in China to offer you the absolute lowest price on quality products that you won't find anywhere else. Due to this, our products are shipped from our China warehouse with a shipping time of around 5 to 21 business days.
All orders will usually be dispatched in 3 to 5 business days. Customized orders and keycaps may take up to 7 business days. In peak periods please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for dispatch.
Every order will come with a tracking number once the order is successfully processed. You may receive an interim tracking number from the system while the shipping partners are working on finalizing the package shipment details. If you have received a tracking that is untrackable, please do not worry and wait for 24 to 72 hours until the finalized tracking number is updated. For International customers, prices do not include import taxes, duties customs, and brokerage charges. Our factories and warehouse are based in China. International taxes may be applied depending on your country's tax policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay duty, tax, or import fees unless told otherwise.
If a package/order is refused by a customer or sent back to us due to failure to pay duty and customs,the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred. If the charges are prepaid by us, we will be deducted from the refund amount.
