Refund policy

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. This means we owe you a "thank you!" and "go pink!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience!

The PNK Stuff is proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases in original packaging and condition. If you’ve purchased a product and don't like it, you have 30 days from the date you receive your package to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable. There will be a USD10 restocking fee unless the product is defective.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at team@thepnkstuff.com within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number and change request. Once it is successful, you will receive an email confirmation from our customer service representatives.

Orders may not be modified or canceled after 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the current pandemic condition with sanitary concerns, all headphones and earbuds are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resellable condition. To arrange a return please submit a request to rma@thepnkstuff.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you an RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. If the customer chooses to ship with the shipping partner we have selected by refusing the package delivery, the return shipping cost will not be able to be calculated until it arrives back at the warehouse. Unfortunately, The PNK Stuff will not cover the cost of return shipping, including any fees that may apply.

The PNK Stuff is not liable for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, and non-delivery due to customs clearances. Orders cannot be refunded in these situations. In the case of refusal of package deliveries, customers are liable for return shipping costs that may incur.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.

Please keep a copy of the return/exchange documentation for tracking purposes. The PNK Stuff is not responsible for any returned packages sent without approval or RMA#.

Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status.

You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit minus shipping charge should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you suspect your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately by email at rma@thepnkstuff.com for replacement or refund.

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping carrier and our Customer Service Team at rma@thepnkstuff.com to resolve the issue.
